Dance Therapy is a track that I came up with in around 4 hours. I remember the inspiration for it came after I spent a whole day going around town and ended up exhausted which made me want to go somewhere far away so that I could relax.

Unfortunately I could not go anywhere so I sat down, opened Ableton Live, an electric piano, and set the tempo to 118bpm.

Once I realized, it was about 4am so I saved the session and went to bed.

It took me two weeks to come up with the Mixdown and the Mastering was done by myself after playing the track in around 10 different sound-systems and headphones.
